Yes. Please see N0SS's excellent documentation on connecting the K3 to a Quadra amplifier. The cable shown on that page (http://www.n0ss.net/k3-to-quadra_12jul09.pdf) will give you all of the corresponding pins between the K3 ACC jack and the Yaesu (DIN8/262) "Band Data" jack.
