The 2010 edition is a really major revision with a number of the chapters re-written from scratch. I wrote the chapters on "Modulation" (8) and "DSP and Software Radio Design" (15) and contributed a new section on VHF/UHF mobile propagation in the Propagation chapter (19). If you haven't bought a new edition of the Handbook in awhile this would be a good time to upgrade.
