The ARRL 160 contest brought out a lot of strong stations, some of whom weren't hearing very well. There were cluster spots coming in from DX that couldn't get the attention of some of the stateside CQ'ers. I spotted one W8 who plopped right on top of KH6ZM and called CQ. (I later worked Max up the band).
