The IF-Out port on the K3 is an RF-range centered at the 1st IF freq of 8.215 MHz. You cannot connect this directly to a PC soundcard and expect it to work. Somehting like a SoftRock, SDR-IQ, or LP-Pan is needed to downconvert the IF freq to the audio range. -Bruce N1RX
