Has anyone had a problem with MixW 2.19 and Windows 7 hanging when a macro is initiated? My Computer system is 6 month old Gateway FX Intel Dual Core laptop with 4 GB of memory. I am running MixW 2.19, Windows 7 upgrade
At irregular intervals while trying to transmit my system will hang. The PTT light comes on and the TX light on my K3 comes on but it does not generate any audio for about 10 seconds. Just before the audio starts the CAT light will cycle off and then back on and it produces RF and output. I have reinstalled MixW and also tried 2.18 and same problem and then reinstalled 2.19 again and still the same problem. Again I have 4 GB of memory. Watched the system monitor during the process and I was running about 10% CPU and a steady 1.48 GB of memory. I am also running Logic as a log and even turned it off as well as all other programs. Any suggestions on a work around or perm fix???
