I have searched the archives and found > nothing on this subject. I have checked the K13, K14, and K15 relay contacts > and they are working normally. Varactors D19 - D20 are not installed. The varactors were visibly checked by number and physical size. Could I have a problem with the Z1 shaft encoder or the U3 chip it drives? Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.
