Thanks everyone who responded, looks like my problem is Kenwood Adapter. Don't have one , wired directly from Heil mic jack 3.5mm tip to K3 Mic connector pin 1 and ground to ground -pin 7 (8). Does anyone have Kenwood adapter schematic?
