Apparently I don't understand the use of DTR/RTS for PTT. If I assert DTR, the red xmit LED comes on, but when I send an RTTY string to the rig, there is no output. DTR is turned on in CONFIG. I'm in DATA mode and set for AFSK A. What I'm after is a way to avoid VOX with CW ( Yeah I know for CW I need to be in CW mode), RTTY, and PSK. Is there a way?
