I hear two things: a roughness in the signal and a buzzing when it exceeds a certain loudness. The roughness might be caused by the NB, if it's on and if there's a pulse noise that it's blanking. The buzzing is something else...is this being recorded from the speaker? If so, I'd suspect that the frame is warped and the voice coil is rubbing the magnet.
