It looks like "TX Delay" is variable from 8 to 20mS. Perhaps this range could be increased in the software ?

Running QRO with a mast mounted lna isn't a good idea if you don't have one. 20 ms is not enough for sure, as most of the QRO coax relays have a switching time of that amount or even more....
