Eric, Please clarify, There are no LEDs on the KAT2, but the external KAT100 does have LEDs. (The mind does get 'fuzzy' at 4 AM).
In any case, if you are talking about the KAT2, CAL S should show the SWR. If it does not indicate SWR correctly, and the SWR changes with the power level, that is an indication that the bridge is not balanced - re-do the CAL n procedure to correct. Pout shows forward power and reflected power.
