Well I received k3 #3873 in the mail yesterday. Couldn't sleep so I got up at 1:00 AM and started the build. Finished it this afternoon and having a lot of fun. What a great radio with such versatility. My other radio is a K2 #5319. Both rigs are 12 watt models.
Thanks for all of the great information that has been written here. It really helped me to make the decision on this rig. I will probably have some technical questions, but the build went perfect and everything seems to be working well. I might just stay up all weekend!!
