K-3 selling on E-Bay 6 Feb (Item # 300394149258) fully loaded with all filters main and sub-receiver and EVERYTHING else with "BUY NOW" price of $1,600.00 and 12 bids to $1,200.00. I reported this obvious hacked scam ad to E-Bay and the Ad disappeared within an hour this morning. I love a good deal but have noticed an increase in scams on E-Bay and QTH.com over the past few weeks. Suggestion: Buy ham equipment only from fellow hams with confirmed addresses.This levels the playing field somewhat in my view.
