I just recently built a K1 serial # 2821. Very nice rig. I have noticed that when I am working a station with a very strong sig that when I stop sending and he starts to send that his first character is very loud. I tried changing C31 to 1uf as suggested elsewhere. It is an improvement. I wonder what others have tried and what were the results?
