As far as I know, the boards are built in the USA - at a board assembly 
shop in California.
The components will come from wherever they are available.  The parts 
sourcing is a continual problem for Elecraft and any other 
manufacturer.  Quality control of incoming parts is a necessary evil.  
It has been a very long time since "made in USA" semiconductors have 
been common.
