John, Why not fix it correctly and install the entire KAT100UPKT - the T/R switch was reworked entirely specifically to address that issue. If you do not have the shield upgrade - with the reduced width notch above the SO-239 and the solder lugs directly connecting the SO-239 to the shield, add the shield upgrade as well.
