Picking nits here, everything is within spec but... I just received an Astron power supply. Out of curiosity I was looking at the voltage readout on the K3 and noticed it was at 14.7 VDC. I adjust the Astron to 13.8 VDC and looked at the K3 and noticed a difference in the voltaged, I would have suspected a lower reading NOT a higher reading. So checked my other ps. anyway...
Astron SS-25 @ 13.80VDC: K3 reading 14.0 VDC Gamma HPS1-a @ 13.49VDC: K3 reading 13.7 VDC What's going on here? I tend to trust my DMM, although... How do I and/or should I adjust the K3 readout to actually reflect what it is receiving at the AP connectors? I have not checked the Amps. ----- You're gonna have to answer to the Coca-Cola company. -- View this message in context: http://n2.nabble.com/Power-supply-voltage-reading-different-than-K3-reading-tp4644777p4644777.html Sent from the [K3] mailing list archive at Nabble.com. ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[email protected] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
