Hello:
I recently moved my K3 into the #1 rig position with my SO2R operation with the other rig being a FT-1000MP Mark V, and in doing so, moved the microphone input to the rear of the K3. My K3 is #616, so an early model. What I've now noticed is that I'm getting a buzzing noise from the K3 when I engage my amplifier with the Mark V. I remember having to bypass an RFC on the front microphone jack, so I checked the web site and it looks like there are a couple more chokes that need to be bypassed. While I have it open, is there anything else I should be looking for ? The problem doesn't happen at all at low power - just when I kick in the amp.
