Igor, Looking at the Elecraft website for K3 Mods and application notes, it says "*About 09/01/09 (RF board Rev H3) and later." *The serial number is difficult to track because of the difference between kit-built and factory assembled K3s. The ship date is the most significant tracking method for mods that are included.
