Paul, I would suggest an email to [email protected]. Gary or Dale can likely give you more information on the most likely cause of this behavior than anyone else. Unfortunately, it is a weekend right now, and I know that both do not work on Saturday or Sunday, so wait until Tuesday to get a response - they have to wade through a lot of email that builds up over a weekend.
