I can only reproduce the birdie on 80M (and there are actually two very close together, one of which turns on as you tune up the band and then off as you go down. They're at about S2 or 3). But I have very few options installed, the KAT3 and one extra roofing filter and that's it. Maybe these come in with other options like the second RX?
