It has been explained by Lyle some time ago. There are some aliasing products when using the processor, both in the monitor as well as the TX signal. To keep latency low this is a compromise.
These artifacts are more pronounced in the monitor signal (lower resolution) but are also there in the TX signal, be it contained within the TX passband. 73' Paul PD0PSB -- View this message in context: http://elecraft.365791.n2.nabble.com/k3-TX-Monitor-some-odd-sound-beta-tp4997305p4999332.html Sent from the Elecraft mailing list archive at Nabble.com. ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:Elecraft@mailman.qth.net This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
