It is a problem as responded by others.  I asked Larry Phipps about it and
he said that the program is Flex radio's that is being used.  They might not
be receptive to a K3 owner.  Flex is now supplying 2 meters so maybe it will
be fixed.

IF you have the new version of SDR configured correctly, and that's the only
thing that changed, then the SDR programmer needs to find/fix the problem.

Did you have to enter any configuration settings in SDR, or did it pick up
your current ones? In either case check there first.
