Don Thanks for the response. Yes, I found it very frustrating that Heil does not document their wiring. yes for the Proset -IC the Bias is turned on. I tried E-mail to Heil but got no answer. Your idea on a blocking cap could explain what I am seeing. I think I might ring out the adapter to see if it is using the bias in pin 5.
