Good Evening,
We had a new season today. The temperature zoomed to 74 degrees with a
bright sun. I worked behind the house until the heat pushed me to the front
yard. However, I got most of the weed whacking and tree trimming done before
then. I was going to get on the roof and repair an antenna but it was just too
warm. Changing from the mid 50s to the mid 70s in one day was too much for me.
Tomorrow it will still be warm with a predicted high of 68 degrees. It felt
very nice to have all the windows open. It has been a very long winter!
Propagation has been spotty this week. My morning sked on 20 meters was cut
short once and made tough a few other times. But, on Friday, it was quite
good. The raccoon hunts were difficult on both evenings. Both 20 and 40
meters were not good enough to elicit many contacts. I wonder how the fox
hunts will fare? The has been active. I wonder what these sunspots will be
like when the rotate back into view?

Please join us tomorrow afternoon and evening.
