We've had an intermittent phone system problem at the main Elecraft facility for the past week or two. If you called our main number, 831-763-4211, it sometimes appeared to ring for a long time and then go to voice mail. We are actually here, wondering why the phones are so quiet :-)
We think we have this resolved, but it may pop up again. If this happens to you, please try again or leave us a message when it eventually rolls over to ATT voicemail. We'll call back as soon as we get the messages from our overflow ATT mailbox. Also, please use the new number, 831-763-4211, instead of our older number (which was 831-662-8345).
