Phil, Interesting that you should mention "railroad accuracy". My father worked for the P&LE railroad based out of Pittsburgh. PA. When he hired on, he was required to buy a pocket watch - an approved type from an approved jewelery store in Pittsburgh, PA, the railroad provided a "payment plan" Sorry, but I cannot remember the brand nor the model watch - of course, that was back in the early 1940s - I don't know what the rules are today.
