Gentlemen, Honestly we've never even bothered to set up our K3 for the "clock-function"!
Why? Don't need it! We've got a few other time-pieces around the shack that are ALWAYS ON THE "NAT'S fanny" In particular I'm also using an "ETON XM-1" SWL rcvr, though rather pricey it's sensitivity is fabulous, especially as concerns it's internal (CLOCK)! I've owned the small unit now for around 5yrs and it's NEVER lost a minute, whether using it's "wall-wart" or my supplied "D-Cells" (4 of them)!
