Nick, That difference is close to twice your sidetone pitch, so I would venture a guess that some of your CW filters are not on the correct sideband. Check with the K2 set to a band lower than 15 meters. For CW, the DAC values (and the frequencies) for the filter BFOs should all be lower than those for CWr. In other words, the CW filters must be less than the filter center frequency (about 4913.6 kHz) while the CWr frequencies must be higher.
