Don, If it is down when the power is set to either low or high, then it is most likely the Low Pass Filters in the KPA100. Is there any difference between the bands?, or is it constant across all bands?. It is also possible that relays K1 and K2 are at fault. If it happens only at high power settings, then the problem is most likely in the T/R switch area.
