Ok, but what's the original name of this method, which has been proposed on
EM:
Rankings and Approval cutoffs (or all ranked candidates counted as
approved?)
If no one is unbeaten, discard every pairwise defeat that is contradicted by
the order of the Approval scores. Anyone then unbeaten wins.
