I have in the past used "MMPO" for "MinMax (Pairwise Opposition)." If it hasn't caught on, it's probably because I'm the only one who ever advocated it (with approval ballots). I think "MinMax" is a good name for "PC" because it's descriptive. Perhaps it could be made more descriptive, though.
