So, who am I:
Jobst Heitzig, born 17 July 1972 in Hannover, Lower Saxony, Germany.
Graduated from Universit�t Hannover in 2002 with a PhD in Pure
Mathematics. I have also studied some philosophy, physics, and teaching.
Interest in Social Choice started when Amartya Sen received the Noble
Prize and we held a seminar about mathematical aspects of social choice
at my maths department.
Since 2002, I work as a researcher and developer in the maths and IT
department of Statistisches Bundesamt, the federal statistics office of
Germany where also the federal parliamentary elections are coordinated
and analysed.
