Okay, so the Afghanistan presidential election system is now two-round runoff (even though there will probably not be a runoff this time, as the guy the US government appointed supposedly has 55% of the vote)... but what about the legislative elections? Are they going to have any? The CVD website said at one point that the legislative elections would be done with single non-transferable vote, but I haven't been able to find much info on it other than that. Also, does anyone know how powerful the legislative branch will be compared to the President?
