In reference to my question about MMPO in the 49A, 24B,27C>B scenario (a MMPO tie), you wrote:

As I said, MMPO's ties are based on an unrealistic assumption of uniform voting.

Ok, I agree. An IRVist might complain about this failure of Later-no-Help. I still think that the proposal should include some simple deterministic uncontroversial tie-breaker,
such as FPP(whole) or  FPP(fractional).
