Now I may have to change my proposal. The new method adds SDSC compliance,
and sounds just as briefly-defined and natural as MMPO. And the new method
might not need power truncation, since it uses Approval.
Congratulations to Kevin. It's a good thing someone was looking at new
possibilities.
