Hi folks,
I'd like to talk about ballot design for approval cutoff methods. How do
you think that they should be designed, assuming that the voters are not
necessarily wizards with election theory or complex instructions? We can
talk about designs for paper ballots and for electronic ballots. I'd like
a design that makes it likely that most or all of the voters will actually
