[EM] Economist article

I understand there may have been a Steven Brams critique of Saari's work
published in the Economist some time in 1988.  Unfortunately the web
site archives only go back to 1995.

If someone has easy access to a library periodicals catalog in the near
future, it may be worth looking into (some libraries have it online).
