Which one is that?  Your definition on the www.barnsdle.demon.co.uk
page is different from what I thought the definition was based on the
home.pacbell.net site, but the definition is now gone from the
latter.

Also, why are you abandoning this criterion?

BTW, I read your "Strategy Free" web site.  I don't think I
understand UUCC.  Can you give an example where IRV fails this
criterion?
