Which method *always* satifies for each voter--

Desired 1 > Desired 2 > ... > Desired N1 > lesser evil 1> lesser evil 2 > ... 
> lesser evil N2 > bigger evil 1 > bigger evil 2 > ... > biggest evil N3

N1, N2, N3 variable numbers

Which method causes the most happiness among the most voters (noting that 
some voters may reverse the above on their ballots) (and lots of voters will 
truncate their votes if there are lots of choices) ???

How many of the choices are Desired by a majority of all voters (in the 
single winner case) ???
