RE: Problems with Condorcet

Once again I note that Condorcet number votes only indicate relative support.
A YES/NO vote should also be done with the number votes.
Other items-  Equal nominating petitions to have a reasonable limit on the
number of candidates.   Nonpartisan nominations and elections for executive
and judicial office elections.   The use of multi-member districts in
legislative elections.
