2 messages, one title

When I wrote my 2nd part of my reply to "Approval & LO2E",
I meant to change the title, so it wouldn't be mistaken as
just a copy of the same message, but I forgot to change the
title. So I'm just saying now that I've posted 2 messages
in reply to that message, both accidentally with the same
title.
