voters arrive election morning without knowing what happened?

D- If you are arrested, I doubt very much that you will take office and if you
do take office, can you serve while in jail (or in death penalty States after
you are executed) ? I realize Chicago politics is tough. How many Chicago
candidates routinely shoot other candidates ? I thought that cemetary votes
were enough for corrupt candidates.
