Is that worse than what Michael Goldfarb, NPR's London Bureau Chief,
consistently reported about the Agreement and the election?
"Complicated proportional representation system" or some similar wording
was invariably in his stories, if he mentioned the PR aspect at all. My
local paper, the Star Tribune, did the same thing. Neither media outlet
responded to my comments about that editorializing.
