Who is wronged when we elect such a Condorcet winner. The majority who prefer him to A? The majority who prefer him to C? Or some less-than-majority group that doesn't agree with one of those majorities? ------ D- An obvious extreme example -- 49 A B C 1 B [A or C] [C or A] 49 C B A 99 B is a CW.
