The cases are basically a giant ANTI-Democracy fraud due to the use of single member gerrymander districts and plurality nominations and elections -- producing the various indirect minority rule regimes in EVERY State Legislature (with their effects on producing the gerrymander districts for electing U.S.A. Representatives in any State with 2 or more seats).
