The ARLO option doesnt cause any strategy problems. It only alleviates them. I still recommend ARLO. But not with a first rank-method proposal. I suggest ARLO for afterwards, if/when people are concerned about strategy and want strategy-freedom enhancement.
Because Im throwing out power-truncation, ARLO now uses truncation, but not power truncation.
