Well, for some reason, around this time last year, as many of you surely
noticed long before I did, the subject line prefix got changed to
[Election-methods] instead of [EM]. This was not intentional. I
suspect what happened was something got reset in a software upgrade or
other lower-level configuration, and I didn't notice it because I
haven't had time to read the list in quite a while.
