Not really. My system is obviously influenced by CPO-STV, but uses a
completely different method for determining the pairwise comparisons. If
slates are incorporated into CPO-STV it would seem equally difficult to
include votes for specific slate members without voting for the slate itself.
I agree that the slates only make sense in high-magnitude districts, and
that they should be prevented from taking over the system entirely.
