I was just wondering something about condorcet circular ties. Is it always the case that when there is a tie, each member of the tie defeats everyone else except one?
Thus, if a candidate is defeated by 2 other candidates, he can be immediately discarded as a possible winner. If it is true, is there a proof somewhere ... or am I just missing something obvious? ---- Election-Methods mailing list - see http://electorama.com/em for list info
